Format Painter se kisi bhi cell ki formatting kisi dosre cell per apply karni ho to is option ka use kia jata hai 

ek cell hai jis ki formatting main kuch colors add hain, size bhi increase kia hwa hai, or font bhi change kia hwa hai. Ab same formatting ek dosre cell per apply karni hai to Home Tab main Format Painter ko Button ko use kar ke formatting Apply kar sakte hain.
